Bdtask is seeking dedicated and experienced Cybersecurity Trainers. 
A Joint Venture of Enhancing Digital Government & Economy (EDGE) Project and Bdtask Limited.

Training Schedule and Duration:
- 03 days in a Week and 03/04 hours in a day. 

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and technologies and possess the ability to effectively deliver training to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise. As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and empowering professionals to enhance their skills in securing digital assets and mitigating cyber threats.
Job Responsibilities:
▪️  Develop comprehensive cybersecurity training curriculum, including course materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
▪️  Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to groups of professionals, ranging from beginners to advanced learners.
▪️  Cover a wide range of cybersecurity topics, including but not limited to network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, cryptography, malware analysis, incident response, and security best practices.
▪️  Adapt training content to meet the specific needs and goals of each group or individual participant.
▪️  Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors to ensure the training content remains relevant and current.
▪️  Create and maintain lab environments to facilitate hands-on learning experiences for participants.
▪️  Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to participants during and after training sessions.
▪️  Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continually improve and update training materials based on feedback and industry developments.
▪️  Evaluate participants' progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
▪️  Maintain records of training attendance, performance, and outcomes.
▪️  Participate in relevant industry conferences, workshops, and events to stay informed about the latest advancements in cybersecurity.

Qualifications:

▪️  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
▪️  Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or others are highly desirable.
▪️  Proven experience working in the cybersecurity field with a strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains and technologies.
▪️  Prior experience as a cybersecurity trainer or instructor is preferred.
▪️  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
▪️  Proficiency in creating engaging training content and delivering dynamic presentations.
▪️  Familiarity with a variety of cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and platforms.
▪️  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address participants' questions and challenges effectively.
