Job responsibilities:

1.  Needs Analysis

• Identify the target audience and their learning needs.
• Conduct a thorough needs analysis to determine the knowledge, skills, and competencies that the course should address.
• Gather input from stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learners to inform the content development process.

2.  Define Learning Objectives

• Clearly articulate the learning objectives for the course.
• Ensure that the objectives are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
• Align the learning objectives with the identified needs of the target audience.

3.  Content Outline and Structure

• Develop a comprehensive outline that organizes the course content into logical sections, modules, or units.
• Determine the sequencing of topics and create a cohesive structure for effective learning progression.
• Break down the content into manageable units that align with the desired learning outcomes.

4.  Content Creation

• Research and gather relevant information and resources for each section of the course.
• Develop engaging and informative content that aligns with the learning objectives.
• Use a variety of instructional methods, such as text, visuals, multimedia, and interactive elements, to enhance learner engagement.

Employment Status:

• Project based Employment

Professional Experience:

• At least 4 years’ experience in relevant fields
• Consultant/Firm must have experiences above mentioned fields
